Dr. Christine Farag is founder and medical director of MindWell MD. She is a board-certified psychiatrist, neuroscientist, and medical doctor (MD) committed to advancing health through innovative, evidence-based approaches. Dr. Farag earned her MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, following a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Carle Foundation Hospital in Illinois, receiving accolades such as "Resident of the Year" and "Advancement in Psychiatry." Dr. Farag then pursued additional specialized training in Child Psychiatry at Tower Health Hospital, further refining her expertise in treating individuals of all ages.
